Some healthcare situations require additional time, coordination, and specialized advocacy support. Complex Case Advocacy is designed for individuals navigating multiple healthcare challenges or situations requiring a higher level of involvement.
Complex Case Advocacy may include:
• Coordination among multiple healthcare providers
• Extensive healthcare system navigation
• Insurance barriers and appeals support
• Review and organization of complex healthcare information
• Assistance navigating long-term or chronic healthcare needs
• Coordination of multiple services and resources
• Ongoing communication and follow-up support
Standard Advocacy Services
$85/hour
For clients who need support on an occasional or short-term basis, advocacy services are available at an hourly rate.
Services may include:
• Healthcare system navigation
• Appointment coordination and preparation
• Provider communication support
• Assistance understanding healthcare options
• Insurance navigation and resource identification
• Medication access support and assistance programs
• Referrals to community resources
• Follow-up support after healthcare visits
